A parent/guardian must notify the school if their child will be late or absent from school. Every absence must be excused.
If the school has not been informed of a students' late or absence, parents will be notified by an automated text and phone call. All students arriving late must sign in at the office.
All students leaving the school during school hours must be signed out by a parent at the office.
Students must be in class by 8:42am for morning attendance and 12:23pm for afternoon attendance. If students are not not in class by those times, they will be marked unexcused unless their attendance has been reported by a parent.
To excuse your child's attendance please call 403-406-7365 then select 1 to leave a detailed message on the attendance line 24 hours a day. OR send us a detailed email at slrattendance@rdcrs.ca 24 hours a day.
